Fox Barrel Cider CompanyFox Barrel Cider Company

What makes Fox Barrel ciders revolutionary is the way we approach the craft of cider-making. Our gold medal ciders start with freshly pressed apple juice from California 's Sierra Foothills. The great taste of these 100% natural ciders is the product of our hand blending process, not artificial colors and flavors.

We offer Hard Apple, Pear and Black Currant ciders. All are refreshingly crisp and gluten free. Enjoy the natural goodness of a great cider today and JOIN THE REVOLUTION.

Hard Apple Cider

Our Hard Apple Cider is dryer than most. It's a great choice when the goal of the beverage is not to overpower the entrée. An excellent choice with lighter meals such as chicken, seafood, salads and brunch. A "sophisticated everyday drink".

Awards:

1st Place , 2006 West Coast Craft Brewers Competition

3rd Place , 2006 California State Fair

Best Hard Apple Cider , 2005 West Coast Craft Brewers Competition

Pear Cider

Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It's an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".

Awards:
Gold Medal , 2007 California State Fair
Gold Medal
, 2006 Great Lakes Olde World Syder Competition

Black Currant Cider

A “Black” or “Black Cider” is a traditional cider drink made by adding a splash of currant liquor to a dry pub cider. We cut out the middle man and added the black currant for you. Our beta version of this cider won a silver medal at the 2006 California State Fair.
