Thank you so much for the part you played in our annual district convention at the Oregon Garden last weekend. This was far and away one of the most successful conventions we have had in my 28 years in Exchange.

….The hospitality shown by the Resort staff and the food were outstanding. The setting was awe inspiring.

Your catering efforts were very evident. As a result of your assistance, we were able to keep our registration fees low and more attractive to our members. The facility was perfect, the food was good (salad lunch was outstanding), the staff was extremely competent and helpful to our members.
