DESCRIPTION:Ceramic artist Heather Skinner returns to the Garden to guide you through turning clay into beautiful ornaments for the Holidays. Use real plant material to cast into clay! All materials will be provided – just bring yourself! \nThis event is perfect for both beginners and advanced ceramic enthusiasts. Whether you’re someone looking to try something new or an experienced artist seeking to refine your skills and meet fellow artists\, this workshop is designed to cater to everyone’s needs. Please join us for a day of creativity and fun at The Oregon Garden! \n__ \n  \nThis workshop will be split into two sessions: \nBuilding the ornaments\, November 30th\, 11:00-1:30. \nGlazing the ornaments\, December 7th\, 11:00-12:30. \n  \n__ \n  \nThe Oregon Garden\, a serene and picturesque setting\, is the venue for our event. Tsipora Berman will; guide you through a multi-sensory\, transformative\, interdisciplinary yoga experience connecting Eco-Psychology\, Physics\, Neuroscience\, Biology\, Ecology\, and the Arts\, using a variety of mind/body practices. ERYT\, RSMET is a 50-year master Holistic Educator\, E-RYT (15\,000+ teaching hours) and Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (ISMEATA) as well as a science educator for pre-service and in-service teachers\, holding a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan\, a M.Ed. Holistic Education from Antioch New England University and certificates in Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Dance\, Reiki\, Breema\, Positional Release Therapy\, Somatic Movement Education and Somatic Movement Therapy\, and Shamanic Healing. Her movement training also includes Body-Mind Centering\, Improvisational Dance\, Contact Improv\, Authentic Movement\, Developmental Movement\, Evolutionary Movement\, 5 Rhythms\, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy\, Bioenergetics\, Hakomi Methods of Expressive Therapy\, Restorative\, Vinyasa Flow\, Insight Mediation and a wide variety of healing arts and fine arts.
