SUMMARY:Garden University: Little Yogis
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our next Garden University Jr. summer programing in collaboration with Little Lotus Ripples. Little Yogis is a playful\, engaging class designed for younger children. \nThrough yoga\, inspired movement\, imagination\, and playful exploration the children are invited to build body awareness\, emotional expression\, confidence\, and connection in a fun environment. Classes are designed to meet children where they are developmentally\, encouraging exploration and joyful movement without the pressure of imperfection. \nEach class ends with a cozy storybook during rest time rather than a traditional silent savasana\, allowing children to gently settle. Mindful themes are woven into the class\, creating space to rest\, regulate\, and integrate the class energy together before heading out to the rest of their day. \nThis week’s book is “Ten Magical Butterflies” by Danica McKellar \nChildren are encouraged to wear magical creature themed outfits! \n  \nBuy your ticket HERE.
