Holistic Education from Antioch New England University and certificates in Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Dance\, Reiki\, Breema\, Positional Release Therapy\, Somatic Movement Education and Somatic Movement Therapy\, and Shamanic Healing. Her movement training also includes Body-Mind Centering\, Improvisational Dance\, Contact Improv\, Authentic Movement\, Developmental Movement\, Evolutionary Movement\, 5 Rhythms\, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy\, Bioenergetics\, Hakomi Methods of Expressive Therapy\, Restorative\, Vinyasa Flow\, Insight Mediation and a wide variety of healing arts and fine arts.
