Garden University: Nutrition 101

Rebekah Legge, a Nutritional Health Coach working with Natural Grocers, is coming to The Oregon Garden to share with guests the basics of eating for overall nutrition! This lecture will provide attendees with the knowledge necessary to eat for total body health and achieve balanced energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, brain function, and more!
