Garden University: Planting Pollinator Gardens

September 13 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Join Kahlia Waters in a hands-on experience on planting your own pollinator-friendly containers. You will learn proper techniques for soil preparation, planting, and watering to support healthy container gardens that attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.  You will conjunctively learn about the plants that attract pollinators and how to protect pollinators and create a thriving garden for them. We’ll focus on low-maintenance, beautiful options suited to our local climate, including tips on soil, watering, and design for maximum impact and native pollinator support. This practical session is perfect for those with limited space or anyone who wants to create a thriving, pollinator-friendly oasis. After, there will be an optional guided walk through our pollinator garden!

**Please bring your own container, soil, plants, and seeds will be provided.
