Garden University: Tropical Greenhouse Yoga

We are excited to have Tsipora Berman M.Ed Holistic Ed. back to lead us in another accessible yoga series. Enjoy the warmth and welcome during the winter months by visiting the Oregon Garden Tropical Greenhouse for yoga on Saturday mornings. Tsipora will guide you through a multi-sensory, transformative, interdisciplinary yoga experience connecting Eco-Psychology, Physics, Neuroscience, Biology, Ecology, and the Arts, using a variety of mind and body practices.

Tsipora Claudia Berman, M.Ed. ERYT, SMET is a 50-year master Holistic Educator, E-RYT (18,000+ teaching hours) and Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist as well as a science educator for pre-service and in-service teachers, holding a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, a M.Ed. Holistic Education from Antioch New England University and certificates in Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Dance, Reiki, Breema, Positional Release Therapy, Somatic Movement Education and Somatic Movement Therapy, and Shamanic Healing. Her movement training also includes Body-Mind Centering, Improvisational Dance, Contact Improv, Authentic Movement, Developmental Movement, Evolutionary Movement, 5 Rhythms, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Bioenergetics, Hakomi Methods of Expressive Therapy, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Insight Mediation and a wide variety of healing arts and fine arts. Her continued 50-year Interdisciplinary study of Science and Consciousness is integrated into her classes.
