Garden University: Elderberry & Friends

Randi Embree of Elder Spirit Herbals returns to the Garden to teach guests how to protect themselves with preventative herbal friends like elderberry and astragalus! Learn to make your own cough, cold, and flu remedies to combat illness. Randi will discuss with you herbs that support the respiratory system and share strategies for acute problems, such as a sore throat, colds, ear infections, and the flu! Attendees will have the opportunity to create your own herbal tea blend to take home.
