Ladybug workshop at The Oregon Garden

Rebekah Legge, a Nutritional Health Coach with Natural Grocers, is partnering with The Oregon Garden to teach Garden University attendees all about the miraculous little ladybug! Ladybugs are vital to our ecosystem and specialize in pest control! Learn how you can become a ladybug ally.

Rebekah Legge is a Nutritional Health Coach working for Natural Grocers. She graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health and Wellness. She is passionate about functional nutrition and empowering others on their journey to become their best selves. Her passions include holistic nutrition, helping others, and healthy lifestyles.
